    I discovered my passion for Pilates in world class studios based in Amsterdam, and I love sharing that passion with others.

    My goal is to educate and heal people through the fusion of Pilates, yoga and physiotherapy.

    As a professional trainer in the Saint-Tropez area, I work with clients from a variety of training backgrounds, helping them reach their fitness goals.

    As the name suggests, this method is Pilates-based and fuses together elements of Pilates, physiotherapy, and Yoga. Creating a collection of movements that incorporates the best of the three practices.

    Using an educational method, you will learn about the main principles of Pilates, therapeutic movement to relieve physical pains, and how your body functions.

    Pilates for Conscious Movement

    Controlled and precise movement are at the center of the Pilates practice.

    By focusing on proper alignment through slow and mindful movements, you will be able to strengthen your mind-muscle connection, and regain control of your movement.

    The sequence of exercises is designed to strengthen your core by working on deep muscles that are the closest to your core.

    Physiotherapy for Healing

    My Pilates Fusion sequence is designed to heal and reset the body to neutral. 

    Like people go to therapy to heal their minds, think of this as healing your body.

    Removing any pains that are caused by poor form, sitting down for most of our days and hunching.

    This way you will feel better in your body even outside of our sessions.

    Yoga for Stretching

    Elements of yoga are incorporated to this fusion to improve your mobility and flexibility.

    It is important to increase not only your strength, but to keep that strength in a wider range of motion.

    Poses and stretches native to the Yoga practice are incredible at relieving the tensions stored in our bodies.
